By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any service provided through BubbleIndia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About BubbleIndia

BubbleIndia provides users with access to various earning opportunities, promotional offers, referral activities, online shopping opportunities, finance-related leads and other opportunities available through the platform.

Individual offers may have their own eligibility requirements, commission structures and conditions.

2. User Account

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Using your own account
  • Not allowing unauthorized persons to use your account

Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits is prohibited.

3. Earnings and Commissions

Earnings shown on BubbleIndia are subject to the applicable offer requirements and verification.

An earning may be rejected, cancelled, reversed or adjusted if:

  • The submitted information is incorrect
  • The lead or transaction is invalid
  • Duplicate activity is detected
  • The third-party partner rejects the transaction
  • The applicable offer conditions are not completed
  • Fraudulent or misleading activity is detected

An advertised earning amount does not guarantee that every user will receive that amount.

4. First Withdrawal Membership Activation Fee

A one-time ₹300 membership activation fee will be deducted from the user’s first withdrawal.

This ₹300 amount is treated as the membership activation fee for activating the user’s BubbleIndia membership.

The fee is deducted once from the first withdrawal.

Example

If your first withdrawal amount is ₹1,000:

Withdrawal amount: ₹1,000
Membership activation fee: ₹300
Amount payable: ₹700

The membership activation fee is separate from any applicable transaction, payment-processing or other charges that may be disclosed separately.

5. Withdrawal

Withdrawals may be subject to verification and processing.

BubbleIndia may delay, hold or reject a withdrawal when:

  • Additional verification is required
  • Account information is incomplete or incorrect
  • Suspicious activity is detected
  • The underlying earning has not been confirmed
  • The applicable offer requirements have not been satisfied

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Submit false information
  • Create fraudulent leads
  • Manipulate referrals
  • Create duplicate or fake accounts
  • Use another person’s account
  • Manipulate the earning or wallet system
  • Attempt to bypass security controls
  • Use automated methods to abuse the platform
  • Engage in illegal activity through BubbleIndia

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination or cancellation of associated earnings, subject to applicable law.

7. Third-Party Offers

Some opportunities available through BubbleIndia may be provided by independent third-party companies.

Such companies may have their own:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Terms and conditions
  • Privacy policies
  • Approval procedures
  • Commission structures
  • Payout rules

BubbleIndia does not guarantee approval for any third-party product or service.

8. Changes to Offers

BubbleIndia may add, remove, modify or discontinue offers, commissions, eligibility requirements or platform features at any time.

9. Account Suspension

BubbleIndia may restrict, suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a security or legal risk.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep BubbleIndia available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The updated version will become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated.
